Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the therapists' day that could have been filled by another patient. It is very important for us the massage therapists to be compensated for reserving our time As such, our fees for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be the following:
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice but the day before the appointment fee is 25% of your appointment cost and will be charged to your credit card on file or preferred payment method.
The same day as your appointment but more than 3 hours before your appointment time the fee is 50% of your appointment cost.
Less than 3 hour notification your card will be charged for the full cost of your appointment.
